SERVICES

Adults

We focus on the different situations that bring the person to therapy.

When dealing with adult psychotherapy we focus on the different situations that bring the person to therapy. We understand going to therapy is a big and difficult decision for most people.

Wherever there’s an issue with anxiety or depression or the result of a specific event such as becoming a parent, the death of a loved one, adapting to a new country or you want to have space for growth and self-development, we are here to help. Some of these situations might cause different levels of discomfort that can affect your daily life.

Therapy will provide you the tools and a space to reflect, restore or rediscover comfort and wellness and bring it back into your life.

Trauma

We focus on what has happened to you.

When dealing with trauma therapy we offer compassionate, trauma-informed psychotherapy for individuals seeking to heal from past experiences and reconnect with a sense of safety, clarity, and self-worth. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to meet your unique needs, pace, and goals.

We support clients in working through trauma, PTSD and complex trauma, as well as anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm. We may also explore patterns in relationships, attachment, dissociation, and ways of coping that no longer feel helpful. Drawing on both psychological and body-based approaches, in Kilmoon counselling we aim to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported to move at your own pace.

Together, we work to build stability, deepen understanding, and gently process experiences in a way that supports meaningful and lasting change.
